If you would like to request an appearance by Co-Creator(s) Mary Shaw (Author), Chuck Temple (Illustrator), or Brady Brady himself (Mascot), the following procedures are required in order for us to process your request:

• All requests must be submitted in writing via email, mail or fax
  
  
• Requests must be completed in full, and include a contact name, address, phone number, email address, event date and type of event
