With your kind donation we were able to raise well over a thousand dollars from the sale and auction of the Brady Brady books alone during our fundraiser evening. His parents, have used the money for trips, meals and lodging during their many trips to Saskatoon for Gabe's treatments. Comments: I just picked up 4 of the books and two copies of the coloring book while visiting Columbus, OH and seeing the Nationwide Arena for the first time. I am a long term hockey nut and I grew up with Peter Puck. Brady Brady is awesome. It brings back so many fond memories and also teaches great lessons. Comments: I am a teacher at a K to 8 school in Cambridge. Our primary students were lucky enough to have a visit from Mr. Temple in January of this year! It is now almost April and the kids are STILL talking about "Chucktemple". The visit was great! The primary students sat quietly (and interested!) through the entire presentation, asked some questions at the end and then took advantage of the opportunity to purchase their own books and even get them signed. These signed "treasures" are often brought to school and shared with their friends! The fact that they are still excited months later is proof of how great the books are. So good, in fact, that they are even asking me to read them to them in French! We are all looking forward to another visit in the fall when Mr. Temple will have some new books to share! Comments: Hello Mary & Chuck, thank you for coming up with the idea of "Brady Brady" I came across two of his books last september in Terrace just when Tiny Tot Hockey started up, and since then my 3 1/2 year old daughter is getting into hockey more and more.. we read both of her books everynight before she goes to bed. But I cannot find the other books.. I am sure she would love the twirling one with the girl.. I dont know how to go about finding them, if you can please get back to me on stores that sell "Brady Brady" stuff.. Do you make T-shirts? Videos? Hockey Hogs Jerseys? Comments: I would just like to say that I love the Brady/Brady books. I have had trouble getting my nine year old to read anything and with his reading disability it has made it harder. I saw your books in the local bookstore and decided to buy just one to see if Alex would read it. He is a huge hockey fan and has played since he was three. Well, he loved the book and asked for more in the series. Since then I have bought two more books and plan to purchase the rest. Comments: Hi: My son received Brady Brady and the runaway goalie as a present. It is the best book he ever got. Especially since his name is Brady. He loves hockey and had a great time hearing the story. he said that when he learns to read it is the first book he wants to read to himself. We have to read it every day. He thought it would be great if Brady had a little brother one day named Brock (just like him) and Brady could teach him to play hockey. Comments: I am writing this for my own Brady who is 6 years old and lives for hockey. The Brady Brady in your books are exactly like him. He spent two hours on Monday cleaning the snow off his own backyard rink. No way would he come in the house until he had all the snow off. Can't wait for your next books.

The character Brady is soooo descriptive of my son that when I read the stories the second time to him I used his name Curtis Curtis. He thought this was an absolute gas! He is only four years old but loves hockey. I would really love to see you do more of these books, as my son likes them so much. I see you have two more coming out in the spring. Are they about hockey??? I hope you continue to keep with the hockey theme for Brady Brady. I am sure these books will be extremely popular. Comments: We found the book BRADY BRADY and the Great Rink at a store in Illinois. We were so excited because my 5 year old son's name is BRADY!!! and he plays hockey (he is in his 3rd year of playing hockey for SHAW in Milwaukee, Wisconsin). We were sooo surprised because we never see things with the name Brady on it let alone a Brady that plays hockey!! This web-site is so cool!! I printed a couple of pictures for Brady to color. Comments: Please pass a message on to Mary Shaw, and Chuck Temple I was surprised to see a book about hockey with my name on it. Was the first printing in 1965? I am an assistant coach for 2 teams, 7 and 9 year olds. I have tried to make a rink in my back yard, but its not a good year, its too warm. Maybe I can use some of the hockey tips on the kids, they would find it very interesting with my name on it.
